Payment on Completion
Payment is due on the day of service upon completion of work. Please ensure you have a payment method ready — we accept card payments on site, cash, or bank transfer, whatever you prefer.

- Make sure all windows and doors are closed — placing a towel at the bottom of the front door and laundry or side door can help prevent water from getting inside.
- A non-recycled water tap point and a GPO (general purpose outlet/powerpoint) will need to be accessible upon our arrival. Preferably an outlet inside the garage, however if no one is home an outdoor powerpoint is fine.
- Pets will need to stay inside for safety reasons.
- Any cars should be parked in the garage or out on the street, away from the driveway.
- All clothing is removed from the clothesline before our arrival.
- We'll check for any pre-existing damage before starting — if we see anything, we'll take photos and make note.
- While we're cleaning, we ask that everyone stays inside. If you need to come out, just let us know first so we can make sure it's safe.
